ReturnBeez app for iPhone and iPad

Return Beez is a service which allows you to complete your returns without leaving the comfort of your home.



How it Works ?

-Simply download the app and create an account with us.

-Once the account is created just select the number of items you wish to return. Boxes or Packages are accepted

-Returns are made under 15 seconds with real time notification on your app.

-Packages will be picked up on your desired day. You are not required to be home for us to pick up the package. Simply write in the notes section where you will place the package and we will pick up from there. If you live in an apartment building you can leave the box with the doormen or let us know a designated pickup area where we can pick it up.

-Once package is picked up you will get a notification along with a picture of the package confirming the pickup.

-Final step would be completing the return after which you will get a notification and a picture of your return receipt. Money will go back to the card the purchase was made from.





Notes:

- All of your items from retailers must be purchased by CREDIT CARD only! Any purchases made by Debit card cannot be returned by us. Unless a return is going back to Fedex, UPS, USPS or Amazon.

-Returns will be completed within 24 hour of the period.

-All Boxes or Packages must be sealed and closed with receipts inside if returning to Stores.

-Custom returns can also be made through our app which means if your item is slightly bigger and does not meet the specifications of our boxes you can request a custom return. Our goal is to complete every return of yours!

-The standard sizes are defined as:

Small: 0-30

Medium: 31-50

Large: 51-70

The max weight limit of all sizes is 20lbs.

-All of our Return Beez (Drivers) are fully background checked and are fully trained for our service.

-All Amazon Packages have return labels. You can simply print the return label or email us the return label at [email protected] so we can attach it to your return at no extra fee.
